PVT TREATY – Fullersfield is a lower to lower-middle income medium to large agricultural area. This is an agricultural community located north of the main road from Llandilo to New Hope in the Parish. Its primary development arose as a direct response to the needs of the then growing agricultural sector. This is an irregular shaped parcel of land that is generally flat and appears to be free draining in areas, while some areas may have the potential for ponding. However, the soil type allows for relatively easy percolation. The soil type is of a general Westmoreland silty loam which supports the production of other crops other than sugar cane as seen throughout the location. The land is mostly in ruinate except for selected portions cultivated in sugar cane. It is further characterized by ad-hoc non-commercial trees. The boundaries of the land are generally unsecured. The land is compatible with the remainder of the subdivision. Road access to the property is relatively good.
