Recreational facility (Animal reserve and botanical gardens) with the Sandy Gully River running parallel. Used primarily as a tourist attraction it consists of a wide variety of natural vegetation including hardwood, fruit and ornamental trees and other crops along with other man-made improvements such as: concrete stepped walkways and ramps, concrete paved driveway/bridge.
